All event service requests (Video Production, Backscreen Management, Stage Lighting) must be submitted through the official web form, at least 7 days ahead of the event.
Once submitted, the system will generate a PDF request form with a unique Job ID and all filled requirements.
The printed PDF must be signed by the responsible persons (event organizers/teachers-in-charge) and handed over to the Computer Society.
Only after handover of the signed request letter will the job be considered for approval.
Within 24 hours of receiving the signed letter, the Computer Society will issue an official confirmation message through the society's official WhatsApp number.
All content (images, logos, names, schedules, scripts, sponsor details) must be submitted at least 3 days before the event.
Organizers are fully responsible for providing accurate and verified details.
The Computer Society will not accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrect or late submissions.
The Computer Society team will handle only the requested services (video, backscreen, stage lighting).
Organizers must ensure availability of required equipment (LED screens, projectors, sound systems, stage power supply).
The Computer Society will not be held responsible for failures caused by third-party equipment or venue limitations.
The service team must be granted venue access at least 1.5 hours before the event for setup and testing.
Only authorized Computer Society members may operate the systems.
Any last-minute changes must be communicated only to the team lead.
The Computer Society reserves the right to reject or withdraw services at any point if these rules are violated.
All service-related decisions made by the Service Team are final.
